- Develops and executes market-level and restaurant-level marketing plans for the Nashville market.
- Stays informed on local demographics, traffic drivers, competition, community trends, and sales opportunities.
- Identifies opportunities within each restaurant trade area, including offices, schools, healthcare groups, churches, gyms, chambers, nonprofits, neighborhoods, and local events.
- Re-evaluates marketing plans quarterly based on sales trends, market needs, seasonality, and business priorities.
- Supports local activations, promotions, sampling opportunities, and restaurant-level marketing needs.
- Serves as a Taziki’s brand ambassador in the Nashville community.
- Builds relationships with local businesses, organizations, schools, nonprofits, and community partners.
- Leads on-site and off-site activities that support brand awareness, restaurant traffic, and catering growth.
- Manages local community requests and helps determine the best opportunities for partnership.
- Spends significant time in the market and restaurants connecting with guests, teams, and community partners.
- Supports catering growth by identifying and developing local catering prospects.
- Helps organize food drops, local outreach, catering introductions, and follow-up activity.
- Captures leads from food drops, events, sponsorships, in-store conversations, social media, community requests, and digital inquiries.
- Ensures catering leads are entered into CaterZen with accurate contact information, notes, tags, sales reps, and follow-up tasks.
- Supports lapsed customer outreach and reactivation to help drive repeat catering business.
- Owns the Nashville market’s CaterZen CRM process and keeps customer data clean, complete, and actionable.
- Creates and updates customer profiles, contacts, notes, tags, tasks, and follow-up reminders.
- Manages digital follow-up, including catering follow-ups, food drop follow-ups, lapsed customer outreach, customer re-engagement, and inbound digital leads.
- Supports email outreach and local digital campaigns tied to catering, holidays, promotions, community events, and Catering Rewards.
- Supports the local social media presence by identifying and organizing content opportunities from restaurants, catering events, sponsorships, team wins, community partnerships, and local activations.
- Partners with Marketing to ensure social content, captions, imagery, promotions, and engagement follow brand standards.
- Helps monitor local comments, tags, messages, mentions, reviews, and social engagement as needed.
- Captures social media leads, partnership opportunities, guest feedback, and catering inquiries in CaterZen or routes them to the appropriate team.
- Leads local sponsorship planning, negotiation, execution, and follow-up.
- Identifies sponsorships that support brand awareness, restaurant traffic, catering growth, and community visibility.
- Manages sponsorship details, including relationship management, event execution, asset coordination, and post-event review.
- Tracks sponsorship benefits, leads, contacts, and overall impact.
- Supports Nashville restaurants with marketing questions, local opportunities, community events, and catering promotion.
- Works in alignment with the Market Leader and restaurant leadership teams.
- Enforces Taziki’s brand standards and marketing guidelines across local activities, materials, signage, digital content, and sponsorships.
- Supports company-wide marketing campaigns and activations as needed.
- Supports New Restaurant Opening marketing plans when applicable.
- Assists with pre-canvassing, local relationship building, opening events, catering lead generation, and post-opening marketing support.
- Ensures new community contacts and catering leads are captured for follow-up.
- Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates on marketing, sponsorship, catering outreach, CRM activity, and digital engagement.
- Tracks lead generation, CRM completion, outreach activity, campaign execution, sponsorship performance, and customer reactivation.
- Provides feedback to the Market Leader, Marketing, and Catering on local opportunities, campaign performance, and market needs.

- Collaboration with the Market Leader, Marketing, Catering, and restaurant teams
- 3+ years of marketing experience preferred.
- Field marketing experience in a multi-unit restaurant, retail, hospitality, or service-based environment preferred.
- Experience with local store marketing, community outreach, sponsorships, event planning, catering sales support, CRM, or digital marketing preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple changing priorities.
- Self-driven, flexible, energetic, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat, Calendar, and Forms.
- Experience with CaterZen or another CRM platform preferred.
- Comfortable supporting social media content, engagement, and local digital presence.
- Able to travel regularly within the assigned market and required to live within or near the Nashville area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or relevant experience preferred.
