- Lead and coach General Managers across multiple restaurant locations.
- Drive sales, profitability, labor, food cost, and operational performance.
- Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and guest experience.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and develop restaurant management talent.
- Build succession plans and develop future leaders through coaching and mentorship.
- Conduct restaurant evaluations, operational audits, and follow-up action plans.
- Partner with HR and Field Training to support employee development and performance.
- Support Manager-in-Training (MIT) development and certification.
- Review labor scheduling, inventory, Flash P&Ls, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with Community Sales Ambassadors and local leadership to grow sales and community engagement.
- Help prepare restaurants for new store openings and Certified Training Store designation.
- Consistently deliver strong labor, food cost, and profitability results.
- Build and retain high-performing management teams.
- Maintain outstanding health inspection and operational standards.
- Develop future General Managers and promote internal talent.
- Create a culture centered around hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead restaurants that consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience above the General Manager level (e.g., District Manager or Area Supervisor).
- Multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
- Strong financial and P&L knowledge.
- Experience coaching and developing leaders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
- Alcohol service certification where required.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the market.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Leads with integrity and accountability.
